I had to blog about this because I’m positively smug over what I made for lunch today. Peanut butter and banana wontons! The lunch of champions and/or someone with a lot of time on their hands.
This all started when I made some homemade crab rangoon a few nights ago, and now I just want to put everything into a wonton wrapper. Hide yo’ kids hide yo’ wife, I’m gonna put them in a wonton wrapper!
Nasoya Wonton Wrappers
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Follow the pictures (you don’t even need to be literate to follow this recipe- I’ve covered all bases).
Fold up the other side, then spray both sides of the wontons (and the cooking sheet) with Pam. Sprinkle cinnamon and stevia on the wontons. Put them in the oven for 10 minutes (or until brown) and flip them over at about 4 or 5 minutes.
